The Firm was founded in 1939 by Don Gustavo E. Izquierdo, who has been an Industrial Property Agent since the year 1938. In the year 1960 hejoined the management of the Firm Don José M.
Vicetto.

For more than 60 years the Firm has provided advice to numerous national and international companies on matters related to Industrial Relations Law (Trademarks, Patents, Industrial designs, Copyright, etc.) in our country and all over the world through our representatives, providing both management and legal services.
The Firm’s structure today has Trademark, Patents, Intellectual Property Departments, and a Commercial and Business Law Department as well as Legal Issues Area. Our Commercial and Business Law Department is in charge of providing advice to our clients, specially on matters referred to the settling and founding of companies in the country and abroad. This Department also represents companies in the
process of merger or acquisitions with other argentine or foreign companies.
The Legal Issues Department is represented by a team of lawyers specialized in intellectual, industrial property and commercial Law which deal with administrative and legal actions.
